I plan on pulling out the bowling for them this week. It will be a fun activity to do both indoors and outdoors and while it's Halloween themed, I think we might keep it out for a little longer if they are really having a good time with it. Since my kids are only a couple of years apart, they are able to do a lot of things together and they get along pretty well most of the time. (Although my daughter does tend to be a little bit bossy...)
As for the t-shirts, I find myself layering them underneath my son's long sleeve shirts as the weather has cooled down here and also as a barrier between the shirt and his skin that's a little softer. (Is it just me, or do boys shirts tend to be a little rougher?) One thing that's really nice about the pack of shirts I got is that it came with eight shirts for about $6. This means that I could take one or two of them and turn them into graphic tees using my Silhouette Cameo and some iron on transfer. I've got a few ideas in mind already...
And that's it! This month I actually spent a little less than $10 (including tax) since the two items I got were only $9. BUT I do think that I what I bought will get great use out of them and that makes me happy.
While you're here, I definitely recommend checking out what the other co-hosts of the $10 at Target challenge were able to get!
